How It Works
Every Tel Aviv Merch product is made to order by our fulfilment partner, Printful. This means nothing sits in a warehouse — your order is printed fresh and dispatched within 2–5 business days of purchase. No excess waste, and consistent print quality on every item.
Shipping Destinations
We ship to over 180 countries worldwide. The only destinations we are currently unable to ship to are Russia, Belarus, Iran, Syria, North Korea, Cuba, Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk.

Shipping times are estimates only and may vary during peak periods such as Hanukkah, Passover, and other major Jewish holidays.
Duties & Taxes
For orders shipped to the United Kingdom, European Union, and Canada, duties and taxes are included in your order total (Delivered Duty Paid). No surprises at your door.
For all other international destinations — including Israel, the United States, and the Rest of World — orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means import duties, customs fees, and local taxes may be charged by your country upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by Tel Aviv Merch at checkout. We recommend checking your local customs rules before placing your order.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the products ordered, and the total weight of your order. You will see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase — no hidden fees.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been fulfilled and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving this email.
Something Not Right?
If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@telavivmerch.com with your order number and a photo where applicable. We will make it right.
